Do something super at Inner Child Crochet!

When I found a pack of assorted jingle bells at the craft store, I couldn’t resist picking them up. Since they were so little, I had an irresistible idea: I would make a pair of festive, jingly earrings. Make your own in just a few minutes!

Difficulty: Easy

Materials:

  • Small amount crochet thread (size 5 shown)
  • B/2.25mm hook
  • Slim yarn needle
  • 10 jingle bells of desired sizes
  • 1 pair earwires

Directions:

Thread needle; string all bells on thread. (I had an assortment of sizes and laced them in this pattren: [Small, medium, large, medium, small] twice.) Remove needle.

Leaving a tail about 3 inches, make slipknot and insert hook. *Scoot bell up to hook, ch around bell. Ch 1. Repeat from * 3 times, scoot 5th bell up to hook and ch around bell. Sl st in ch made around first bell, finish off. Tie area with strings securely around loop on earring, trim ends.

Repeat for second earring.
