Anyone who is familiar with my designs know that I love granny squares. This design came about as a result of playing with the simple granny stitch pattern – that, and a desire for a triangle shaped wrap that wasn’t a traditional triangle shape!

Difficulty: Beginner

Size: Version shown is 38″ deep by 52″ across

Materials:

  • Mystery fingering weight yarn, [20% cotton, 20% wool, 20% nylon, & 40% rayon, 7.9 ounces / 222 grams]
  • H/8 (5.0 mm size) crochet hook

Gauge: 16 stitches = 4″, specific gauge is not significant in this design.
