Usually this is the time when I would be cheering for the changing of the seasons that, surely, is coming up just around the corner if we can just hang on. Not this time. This time, I don’t have to pretend. Over the last two weeks, my state has been soaked by a series of heavy, relentless storms that barely let up before the next began. It’s been so dark and unseasonably cold that some of the trees have even started to shed their leaves! While I admit I’ve enjoyed the rain and cooler weather, I am more than happy to see the storms receding and some sunshine peeking through.
Whether it’s cooling off where you live or still in the grip of summer, we’ve got something for you! There are fast and simple ways to wrap yourself in warmth, and things for babies, too! Whether you like to make things for heads, shoulders, or kitchens, there’s something here for you.
